Hey guys and gals!
My names Joanna and I just thought I’d give a few little tips today about what you and your mates can get up to on a night IN.

So whether you and your friends are low on funds, you have a little too much work on your plate, you can’t take yet another night out on the town or you just aren’t in the mood to party, then I have a load of ideas that could keep you entertained in the comfort of your own home!

So first of all here’s a few ideas of what you could get up to with a little money in your pocket. If you consider yourself a little bit of a chef and love to cook then you and a few friends could get together to have your very own ‘Come Dine with Me’ dinner party. This not only is great fun to do, but it’s also a great way to socialise and find out more about the people who you live with. Plus it won’t break the bank either, as you can set money limits of your choice; a couple of pound for a one course meal or really push the boat out and spend five pounds for three courses.

Another idea for a fun night in would be a movie marathon, if you have a TV it’s worth it for a group of you to put your money together and buy a DVD player or a VCR (video tape player). You can get either one for quite cheep at Home Bargain’s, Wilkinson or on eBbay, and they are both really good investments. Once you have one all you need to do is check out the town market or a few of the charity shops in town, its so easy to find real barging movies, in some of the charity shops you can buy ten videos for a pound. So get searching because a night in watching movies with a group of friends never fails!

Now here are a few ideas of how you can entertain yourself for free. First idea would be a games night, all you need are a few friends and away you go. Even if you don’t actually own any games you can always make some, there are loads of fun games on the internet which you can make yourself with just a bit of paper and some pens. They may seem silly and babyish at first, but give them a chance and I grantee you’ll be in laughing fits by the end of the night.

Another fun way of spending your night in would be by getting together to play some card games, depending on what game you decide to play, you can have any amount of people join in from a couple to a group of six or seven. All you need to do is look up on Google some different games to play, and trust me there are loads to choose from, and once you start these games will become so addictive that you’ll be playing all night long.

So now I’ve given you a few ideas of what you can do on a night in, it is now up to you to decide what you want to do with you’re free time. And remember a good night doesn’t have to be spent outside the house!
