Prize draw
Fancy £20 to spend at the Mall shopping centre? Then produce content for TAG!
The TAG Team will be running monthly prize draws to win Mall vouchers for the students who produce content for TAG. Whether it’s a photograph, written article, graphic design, film, animation, etc your name will be entered for each piece of content you produce I.e. submit a written article and a photo and you will be entered twice, produce three articles and an animation you will be entered four times.
Students who have already submitted content will be entered into a separate prize draw.

Please note
1) All content must be suitable for TAG as per the “Policy for TAG content”. The TAG Team will have final say as to the suitability of the content.
2) Only content suitable for TAG will qualify you to have your name entered into the prize draw.
3) Each student submitting content to TAG must complete an IPR agreement. You only need to complete the IPR agreement once and it will cover all content submitted.
4) You will be entered into the prize draw for the month in which your content was received via email. Prize draws will take place on the first week of the following month and winners will be notified by email.
6) Prizes will be £20 Mall vouchers, the number of prizes per prize draw will be at the TAG Team’s discretion.
7) The TAG Team reserve the right to cancel the prize draw at anytime.
8) All entries must be in a format that can be loaded on to the RedDot content management system - for example a play or creative piece would have to filmed, photographed or scanned so it is in an electronic format. All videos files must be in flv format all images must be in jpeg or gif format. For other media formats, please check with the TAG Team
9) Winners will be notified via email, it is then their responsibility to claim their prizes
10) Students may produce as many pieces of content as they like, but each entry must be unique.
11) Content for TAG should be appropriate and should not contain language or images which may cause offence to others as per the Regulations for the Conduct of Students
12) Prizes can be collected from the TAG team in Brook 329 unless other arrangements are agreed between the TAG Team and the winners.
13) Prize winners will have one month from the date of the email to claim their prize or it will be drawn again.
14) The TAG team will endeavour to publish all suitable content on the TAG website, crediting the students who produced them, however, we cannot guarantee that all content will be published on TAG.
